The fats in your body are actually necessary for your health and it is an important nutrient your body needs to function the normal way. If you are trying to find some solutions to lose weight then you might actually want to lose fat. The weight of the body can lead you to confusion. What I am trying to say is that you if you can look really good like one of those magazine models and have a lean set of abs, you would not really care about how much you would weight on the scale.

When you try to observe individuals that are in good shape especially those models in the magazine as I have mentioned above, you are really not thin.
